Founder and President, Bedtime Math

Mrs. Overdeck founded Bedtime Math, a nonprofit that helps young kids love math and excel at it. Bedtime Math serves up zany nightly math problems for families through its research-proven app, which has been downloaded over a quarter million times. Overdeck has also authored four Bedtime Math books (Macmillan), each of which was named an Amazon Book of the Month, and created Crazy 8s, a recreational after-school math club with more than 100,000 participants to date. A Princeton astrophysics alumna and Wharton MBA, she also chairs Overdeck Family Foundation, which supports STEM education reform. In addition to her service to LSC, she is a trustee at Princeton University and the Pingry School, and serves on the advisory boards of Khan Academy and Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth.
